This is one of the recipe of SWEET Martabak BANDUNG ingredients: 350 grams of wheat flour 75 grams sugar 3 eggs, beaten briefly 500 ml of warm milk 5 grams instant yeast ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon of salt How to Make Sweet Martabak BANDUNG: Mix flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder and salt Add the eggs and stir well. Add warm milk, stir again. Cover with a cloth. Allow the dough to rise for 2 hours Enter in a non-stick skillet (or heavy skillet) over medium heat. If it looks new holes closed (if the dough less hot fire could not perforated) For the above can be varied with a sprinkling of cheese, nuts, chocolate ,sugar, raisins,durian,etc.
